Respectfully submitted that I am an Indane LPG Domestic Consumer and having Consumer No.23171 of M/s Jagdamba Sai Gas Agencies. Shop No.29, Block-17/29-AB, (Aakash Complex), Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018.
Due to non proper functioning of Gas Regulator provided by the above Gas Agency, I personally met with their office on 07/01 along with defective Gas Regulator and connected documents in original and requested them to replace the defective Gas Regulator with new one. Official of above Gas Agency told me that their technician will visit my house within one or two days for needful. But technician of above Gas Agency yet to visit my house to sort-out my problem. During this period I have approached several times telephonically to above Gas Agency, but all efforts are in vein.
Since, defectiveness of Gas Regulator is directly connected to life of my family members, as any eventuality can take place due to probable leakage of Gas can not be ruled out as it will jeopardize the precious life of my family members, therefore, I request you to issue immediate directions to above Gas Agency for replacement of Gas Regulator at once to avoid any mishap.
A line of confirmation in this regard may be endorsed to me.
