Dear sir

I am Santosh using an Airtel no. 9162615491. 2 Days ago company has activated an unwanted song without my knowledge on my no on its own and deducted my a/c balance.

When i talked to customer care than i have got very careless response. So kindly provide safeguard me as a customer and grant the amount as refund which is deducted from my no. as without availing service and deactivate this unwanted service.
