Dear Sir, myself pradeep kumar pathak living in kanpur having lpg connection of ur company (with two cylenders DBC) since a long, currently being serviced by your Mordern Gas Agency (0512-2422920), Shyam Nagar Kanpur city my coustomer no. with them is 10868.
last month on 24 `th aug, 08 i booked a cylender as normal booking the same has been delivered on 30`th.
due to some contengency`s i m requiring one more cylender, as i visited ur agency t`day for the same but could not book my second request as i have told by the agency people that u can only book after a month later.
I would like to inform u if i could not book second one ur dbc conection is meaning less n why ur company is providing the same.
Pls look into the matter asap n let me know if ur end stands right.
