The gas cylinder delivered by HS Gas service on 24/03 against order No. 6869 dated 21/03/09 found to have following defects
1. While removing the the seal, the cock blusted off the safety valve heating the nose of my wife. The gas condensate on the safety cock too came out like pressure jet and striking the face and eye.
When tried to contact emergency service call 9924228903/9427328975 (printed on the retail invoice dated 21/03/09), it is learnt the numbers no longer in existance. The IOC customer service call No. 26422277 to did not respond. Then tried to contact owner Shri H S Sandhu on his mobile 9825026172, but did not bother to take my call. Repeatedly he was switching off the mobile.
