There is common complaint in Gujarat about supplying of LPG cylinder (Domestic) specially in Udwada (RS), Rajkot, Savar-Kundla, Bhavnagar area. People says distributors are not booking cylinder before 20 days of last cylinder delivered. If we are in hurry, they used to say collect the cylinder from the godawn, and not deducting the charges of delivery they are suppose to deduct. Most of the places have not yet started booking on IVRS.
People are forced to buy Hot Plate from the dealer at higher coast, though it is not compulsory. Distributors are acting as they are the owner of the Indion Oil Corporation, and not a distributor. Officers deployed to help the consumer are acting as agent of distributors.
