I have applied for 2nd new gas cylinder on 14.05.2008 to the Agarwal Gas Ageny, Kadma Market, Kadma, Jamshedpur-831005. On enquiry the said dealer has told me that the permission has not been received from IOCL Main Office. Due to non supply of 2nd cylinder I have to face a lot problems like exhaust of gas before supply of next gas cylinder and non booking of gas before exhaust of previous cylinder.

Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter for the suuply of 2nd cylinder immediately on priority basis.
