Delay in Supplying Domestic Gas

I am a customer under Sreemuthappan Gas, Indane dealer at Mambaram, Kannur District, Kerala. I booked for my cooking Gas Sylinder on 14-1.Till this date I did not receive my cylinder. There is undue delay at all times. Last time after contacting many times I got my cylinder and the receipt I got was backdated. Kindly look into this. My phone number is 0490-2308527/9447478225.
