mosthumbly i want state that my name is yadvendra singh and iam regular custemer of your brand on date 18/10/07 i bought a shoe the item code 273353/cedar333773 12 white prece 2699.00 invoice no 0101314 from SAMMTI ENTERPRISES sector 17 chandigarh.

unfortunately with in two month the shoe got damaged (as it side net was torn) when i complained about it to the dealar he refused to take any responsibility the behaviour of the dealar was very rude and hostile

he says he is not liable to any discripancies.

its my kind request to you please take quick action about shoe replacements or else. otherwise i will take legal actions as per consumer forrum of the country. thanks
