To begin with the booking itself is accepted 25 days after the last delivery. Thereafter no fixed date of supply is given. We were simply told the supply is likely in a week or 10 days perhaps even beyond! So here we are today... stranded with an empty lpg cylinder wondering when our next meal would be cooked in our kitchen... thanks to the most horrible service by our gas agency Ms. Madhu agencies in Bangalore!! Someone plzz help!!
