Dvd d17/21M - GW- 200809801799 purchase dt 28-03. After 3-4 months genr. problem :- no disc. not clear, then after some time permanant message show - cd no disc. Then complaint in philips service st. and two person visit in my res. dt 12-08 and check dvd . he says, lock break of cd tray and exp. for rs. 550/-. but i am not agree for pay. Then after 10-15 days, i am agree for pay and phone to service st. 15-20 time up to 20-11-08.but no response regarding this matter.
kindly you to req. that change of my dvd or repair - no cost.
