We have our LPG connection through Anuj agency -Fathegunj Vadodara.
We have booked the cylinder since 11th september but till date no supply has been recieved. It is our festival time and the usage around this time is bit higher & tomorrow will be IDD.
Inspite of several reminders they are not responding neither picking up phones. Last week they said that as per govt rule thereis a compulsary checking of gas stove, on checking we had to get the stove repaired paying 800 rs for the charges. We were told after the stove is repaired we will get the refill cyclinder but till date no response from the agency. Pl help
