I am a Indane gas consumer ang my consumer No. is 2842 and concerned gas agency is SHANTI INDANE, WZ-427, Sadhnagar. Gali No.-18K Palam Colony, New Delhi. The agency harrases all the ways in booking and supply of refilled gas cylinder. First of all they do not lift the phone or keep aside if lifted. If booked then non supply even after repeated requests. I am waiting for the last two months. They even don't honour the the booking done at 1260 where I booked there also on Jul 23 with booking number 5 and subsequently booked at later dates with booking no.6 and 7 (on Aug 1). The ageny has not responded till date. I request for immediate supply and stern action against the SHANTI INDANE, WZ-427, Sadhnagar. Gali No.-18K Palam Colony, New Delhi including removal of agency's name.
