Indane LPG - KANDHARI GAS, ROHINI, DELHI
REFILL NON-SUPPLY, NOT TAKING PHONE CALLS

Dear Sir,

I booked a refill on 07-01-09 against consumer no. 6256kga with m/s Kandhari Gas, ROHINI, DELHI-110085.

Till date, viz 22-01-09, it has not been supplied.

As regards reminder or getting update, these people are callous enough to take the phone calls.

I have been trying for the last 3 days to contact through phone no.- 27519710 - only a recorded message" phone is busy, please call after sometime" is given. Their second no.-27513361- only ringing & no body is taking the call.

This is general complaint with this dealer. On many occasions people from the agency have been noted supplying refills without booking on premium. this done at the cost of genuine customers who book refill and are harassed for the supply.
