Not delevering their product at right time

The Shubham Gas Service provideing LPG deleivery in Bhiwani district. haryana State. is providing LPG refill on two rules & regulations

1.) They are giving LPG Refill for domestic use once in 30 Days

2.) They are matching the refill no. during delivery of refill...

Is their any rule related to these mentioned in Indane Rules???

because the refill no may not match each time... as that refill could be used anywhere else like marriage parties... or anywhere else...

And for second rule that is Providing one refill in 30 days... whether it is correct or not...

Please guide us regarding these these rules...
