Non supply of LPG cylenda

I have a LPG connection No. 76827 with M/s Sundram Gas Agency Sudama Nagar Indore. I had booked LPG on 26.11.2009 (Booking No. 11377) but till date of 7.12.2009 the above said agency has not supply the LPG cylnder. This agency always delay the supply of LPG even in normal condition, but in winter they play their dirty game free from any restrain. Any authority not bothered about the Sundram Gas Agency and they free to sale the cylnders in black market.
