Ooking problem

I am a customer rajalder indan gas servies rajalder, churu (raj) of indane with customer no 2826 and. i am trying to book the gas since 24-11. But no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy / they agree to book the gas but after taking all the details the delivey is not being made.there workers behavior and lagagues are not good for custmer. I hope u my problem solve soon. i wait u reply .thanks
