Gas leakage

I am holding amn INDAN gas connection and there has been a leakage of gas from our system. Our supplying agency is GOLDEN GAS, Palam Vyapar Kendra, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon 12 Haryana. My gas connection is 4917. My address is A328 Palam Vihar Gurgaon. Inspite of my repeated request to GOLDEN GAS they have not cared to send anybody for checkup and repairs. I am living in an endangered situation and unable to cook satisfactorily. It is, therefore, requested that somone is sent immediately for rectification.
