Neelam Thapa runs M/S Neelam Care Bureau which is registered under Neelam Placement Bureau, Registration No. 11113. The registered office is 49, Saidulajaib Village, New Delhi - 110030. However, the lady operates from RZ-46, Sector 34, Saitpur Palla, Faridabad, Haryana. She supplied us a maid servant named Roma Tamang on 24th September, after taking Rs.1000 as Registration Charges Rs. 6000 as commission Rs. 2500 as advance salary. Roma Tamang ran away from our house on 26th April without informing us. We informed Neelam Thapa about this. She had promised us to provide replacement the very next day, but she is not picking up our phone now. Once we called from number unknown to her, she picked up and said tomorrow she will come with the servant. But now, she is not picking up our phone. We came to know from other servant that Neelam Thapa in connivance with Rani (Roma claims her to be sister) has placed Roma to somewhere in Lajpat Nagar.
Can some one guide us, as to where should we approach to get replacement or refund or some action done against such agencies, who continuously enjoy registration number and dupe citizens of their hard earned money.
