My transfere voucher of gas connection issued by City Gas Agency on September 9 has been lost during my jouny from Guwahati to Delhi on September 11. As I have been transfered from Guwahati to Delhi. My connection no 25117 issued by the City Gas agency Beltola, Bashistha, Guwahati 28 road was running at Guwahati. Please issue duplicate copy of the transfere voucher so that i can get the connection at Delhi.
