Connection not provided by IGL

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had applied for new connection in the month of March along with payment of Rs. 6000/-.

My business partner code is 4000126253.

The connection is in the name of my mother :

Mrs. Sushila Chugh

Till now my connection has not been activated. In this regard, I made a complaint on Customer Care Number at 011-45195959 on 27th Aug. I was given the compliant no. as PRJ201161605. I was assured that my connection will be activated within 45 days of logging this complaint. Today on 08th Nov the connection has still not been activated.

Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and confirm when the connection can be activated.
