Negligence of service

I m extremely sorry to inform u that i m suffering negligence of ur commited service.

My complain no is 54690 launched on 14th of DEC repeatedly on 15th and 20th of JAN 08 Surprisingly my complaion status of 15th DEC is closed without rectifying my problem.today i talked with ur CCE Mr.rajat sharma at 16:28 he misbehaved with me and furnish wrong information i want talk to his senior but he denied saying they only available between 6 to 10 in morning. After his misbehaving call dropped again at 16:36 i chated with Mr.sandip he forwarded my call to his senior. How could this possible Icondemn this in strong words and looking immediate action against all these things that happened.

And now i think i should knock the court with all ur RECORDED CONVERSATIONS that i have Since 16th of DEC07 that u people are not rectifying my problem and harassing us.40 days is not a joke I cant make even a single callfrom india calling card

Again i condem ur irresponsibl service
