Delay of delevry of gas sylende

Dear sir,

i am customer of inden gas . my con. no. is 23087 of amrapali gas seva hajipur, dist-vaishali, bihar. i was booking gas dated-20/03 but till date i have not received gas.when i contact dealer

he said the gas is not avalabale. but the gas is avalable in black market @ 500/-.

so kindly help mee.
