Mobile was seized by the HR

Sir,

I was worked in India healthcare solutions for the past year. My mobile was seized on July 15th. I was releived from the company on October but still my bobile not be returned. I often went to the company to get back my mobile but i could not. Finally they told me that my mobile was sold. it is not true. Also they seized the mobile and returned to some employees. I have the mobile bill. It's a brand new NOKIA 2630. I am totally mind upsetted. So please help me sir.
