I have made a payment of Rs. 628/- to tataindicom for my tata phone on 24.02.2009 thorugh internet by using my credit card and the portal indiaideas.com received the payment which should not be like that as this portal is not authorised to receive payment on behalf of tataindicom.com.
This portal may be acting illlegally as it has misused my funds.
