PF not received

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had allready submitted my PF form on march 08.

But till now it not received me.

I got a letter on dated 02/03/08 from PF office address is:

Sub Regional office

P.N. 222, Sector 3, Gharkop

Kandiwali-West, Mumbai-400067

Tel. No. 022-28692604

Which is mentioned, cheque no 326507 is credit of Amt.3153/-reflected in my Bank account, but as per my bank statement its not showing.

Kindly request you as soon as possible release it.
