New account even after two months

You know in this fast age of communication how difficult is to open an account in Indiainfoline for a common man or a common investor.

I made a request to open an account through your website almost two months back. However after a month your Relationship Manager contacted me on 1st of Sept. On 2nd sept.i.e Tuesday I completed all the formalities and your RM told me that I will get my ID & Password within four days i.e upto friday or saturday. But you know till today i.e. 29/09 I have not recevied anything despite being made hundreds of phone calls to your Ludhiana, Bombay, Chandigarh offices. Everyone in your office is saying that it will be activated today but which one today, only God knows. Now the position is

RM Manpreet Bhogal is not attending my phone.

I talked to Branch Head Mr. Harinder and I told my story and he told me that RM Manpreet will phone you soon. and RM Manpreet Bhogal told me that sir, today it will be activated.

Anyhow after four five days I called ludhiana office one Madam Sharanjeet told me that sir definately it will be activted today. I asked her if there is some problem tell me clearly & she told me No No sir everything is OK. In the next moring i called up again Madam Sharanjeet and then she told me that Sir, I will talk to my seniors and then I will phone you. But no phone call till time.

I talked to Area Head, Mr. Nitin at his mobile No. 9815464555 and told my grevience and from the other phone he called the ludhiana office and directed that RM should contact me. He said you will just recevie a call from our office.

But No Call till time

I am surprised that if RM has to answer then what is the use of contacting the senior officers.

Then I called up the customer care service No. 40071000 and from there madam told me that sir your application is not in process because there is no such data of manju sharma found in the system. WOW

Now I have decided not to call at Indiainfoline also will try to advise people not to approach Indiainfoline for any services.
