I would like to draw ur kind attention for remedial action for appended below points;

(i) Booking not being accepted on telecon / No responce for booking on tele.

(ii) Even after booking in presence, it take minimum 15 to 25 days for delivery. In between the period we

r bound to take cyliders from out source (Black) by paying double amount. Overall i have Found one Cylinder from agency about in 50-60 days (it means only 6-8 in a year rest of my cylinder has been blacked by my gas agency in the market)

After numerous complaints no action is being taken at agency end.

Request ur intervention & help for necvessary remedial action to avoid recurrence of the same.
