Dear Sir,
Me, Prasann Rewari, and my wife Rimjhim Rewari were booked on Flight IC # 884 for 17th Nov 07 for LKO – DLI.
The flight got delayed by 6, 8 and finally 10 hrs. The same departed at 4.30 p.m. instead of its scheduled departure of 6.00 a.m.
To avoid inconvenience to passengers, most of them were shifted to IC # 812 which departed at 11.00 am without any cost.
But when we asked for such shift, the airline staff (specially Mr. Negi and his other colleagues) neglected us and then at the departure time, asked us, that if we want to go we will have give additional Rs.12960.00, as they can give us only the Eecutive Class.
On our saying that you have given the other passengers seats without any additional cost, they informed us that the same is at their discretion.
My Compliant is that, that I was being charged additional Rs.12960.00 (over and above my previous ticket cost) at no fault of mine and why this differential treatment.
For the same, I am entitled to a refund of Rs.12960.00 (Indian Airlines receipt No 6511237 dated 17.11.07) which I paid for the harassment by the Indian Airlines Staff.
