Discontinuance and refund of commutation money after complection of 15 years of pension

I have the honour to state the following few lives for your kind cousioleration and favourable action.

I service no: 13832830 Rank Ts Nk Name Makhan ch Dehingia discharged from service with effect from 01 sep 1994 vide PPO no: S/018927/94 (Army) and my SB A/c no:10966684476. Now I have completed more than 17 years as a pensiponer. After complection of 15 years of pension I am supposed to get back my deducted commutation money money but till date I have been deprived off from that.

Therefore, I request your honour to look into my case and payment may be made at an early date.
