I have rechrged my smart card with service pack-2 dut non of the cartoon channels are visible excluding Disenny channen despite so many complaint on your toll free no it is yet to be not entertained

my comlaint no is 101285667 and my smart card no is 200560292632. please continue relay of cartoon channels.
