I wanted to enquire about the NEFT service and so I called the call centre (Number:1800 425 1400) on June 4th @ around 9:15 pm. A maniac called Shiva answered the call and I explained him both in Tamil and English about my requirement. He was not interested in talking to me, moreover he did not have any answer to my query.

Finally he disconnected the phone and I believe displaced the receiver. I couldn't reach him again.

This is how the so called Customer Care Call Centre Service is.

My advice is that Indian Bank should really work on this to retain its customers.
