In BMTC buses it has become regular affair that the conductors do not issue tickets inspite of insisting reason given by the conductor shortdistance bmtc do not issue tickets. It so happen the passenger has to pay hefty fine when checked by the vigilance ote bmtc for the mistake committed by the conductors. This problem exists in banglore for so many decades
