30 rs deducted twice without requesting for any service

Hi,

rs 30 deduted from my balance on sunday night around 10.30. same thing is happen on Thursday also. Message"you hv some unread msg exit anyway" will come and it will not have any option yes no. if you cancel it i got message on screen rs. 30 deducted. For this 60 rs balance i called to Airtel customer call centre three times and t all the times they said "Server is down we cant do anything".

I WANT my 60 rs back
