Non delivery of gas cylinders even after 3 bookings

My registration number is RG 12222. I booked the gas on 22 dec 29, dec and 31 dec on the regular and the emergency numbers provided by the Indian Oil company. But even aftermy 2 visits to the Rohini Enterprises office in rohini, i am unable to recieve my gas cylinder, because of which I have faced so many troubles within the last week.
