Delay of Gas Supply

Dear sir,

i had booked lpg on 04.01.2008 as per my consumer no.36681.

but after 20 days i have no received any supply from M/s Gauri Gas Agency, NR-Dada Dev Mandir, Palam Colony, new delhi & no response from above agency.

since last 13 days without gas my all family suffer from big problem.

in this connection i request you pls. help me.
