Delay of Gas delivey and non response

Hello Sir

This is one of the worst experinces I ever had with this company. I have booked gas 10 days ago in indian gas agency AGNI DHWAJ located at Chintalmet, hyderabad.the contact nubers they give to contact them are 24012896/24013742 I understand that these lines would be busy as customers would eb calling but not to an extent that I called continously for 90 minutes but the busy tone was teh only answer for me. In fact I tried whole day the response I got is the same. Not only me I have a seen lady coming to public both and trying for these numbers evry one hour and almost broke into tears for the same response. I suspect the employees here are irresponsible and put the receiver in busy mode.and this is worst cudtomer service.
