iam v.jayaraju custamar of indian gas agency my customer I.D. no. 21005 at M/s bindushakthi agency, safilguda, secunderabad. I booked for cylyender on 08november and they had informed that the cylinder will be delivered within 10days. today i.e. on 27 november when I had enquired with the Gas Agency, they informed that as per their records the cylinder has been delivered to us on 17th November. But till date we had not received the cylinder from the agency. Hence we request to take the remedial action to solve the problem
