Dealer not picking Phone for Booking

Dear Sir,

I am residing at Indurapuram, Ghaziabad and have a connection with the Indian Dealer - " YADHU GAS AGENCY " Site - 4 Sahibabad. They have - 2896034 / 35 /36 . But they do not pick the phone any time you call, we have to go in person to book the gas.

Is there any solution to this problem, without taking leave from office can we book our gas.
