Non receipt of timly Gas Cylinde

Dear Sir,

I have indane gas connection (Customer no. 2595) with M/s Tomar Gas Agency, Nikol Road Ahmedbad-382350. I booked for a refill LPG cylinder with agency on 10.04.09.Always delivery after booking 15 or 20 days, I have not so far received refill cylinder from the agency due to which our faimily is under going extreme hardship. Kindly look into the matter for urgent delivery of the gas cylineder to us.
