my name is Prasenjit Mahata. My consumer number is CG 1872.
I am trying to contact the gas agency to book the gas by phone (033-2782647/1135) but nobody picks up the phone and if by mistake someone picks up the phone then it is put on hold for 15 minutes or till the time the line is disconnected by caller. This is ridiculous as this is nothing but harsing the customer. My wife is not able to go to the centre as my baby is small and she can't take her out to book the gas.
