Disconnect the connection without informing

Our gas connection is in the name of OM PRAKASH gas no. 8467, they disconnect the connection without informing to us, as our present cylinder got empty they refuse to give us new filled cylinder. now we are suffering and they are not taking any action against this. Please help us ASAP. thanks
