Defective Cylinder & Bad Response

I am using Indian gas LPG connection from a long time. As usual when I want to connect a new refilled cylinder, Regulator supplied is not fitting at all. I thought may be regulator fault- when I checked the same on old one it set perfectly. I complained to emergency number 1260 (as it was after office Hours).

There is no response even after 12 hours we had to stop cooking and eat outside. Even in morning at 9am I

have complained personally at our gas refilling agency Saieesh Entp. at Malkajgiri Hyderabad. I have rechecked again at 10.30 they said they have already given instructions but none came to attend till 1.30pm. after checking he confirmed defective cylinder and needs to replace. But as there is no stock they

cant say when he will replace.

I am worried if this is the way they attend to a problem, then what is the use of all this emergency numbers,

what will be the fate if there is a leakage or some dangerous situations.

All the staff working in this agency are not attentive neither they work nor their telephones work, this is a worst worst agency.

The height of their service is the numbers printed on the receipts are either switched off or not working.
