Delay in releasing transferred connection

I had connection in Hubli with your following distributor&Shri Siddalingeshwar Enterprises-Code 117770.

I surrendered the connection for transfer to Bangalore and approached your dealer M/s Veeresh Gas Agency, Nagshettihalli, near ring road, Bangalore-94 on 4th May and submitted the termination voucher issued by your Hubli dealer. I was told that they will release the connection only after getting confirmation from your Hubli dealer.

Already 2 weeks are over but they haven't yet released the connection.

I can not wait indefinitely.

Please instruct the Bangalore dealer M/s Veeresh Gas Agency to release the connection immediately
