MS-212972 and I am a resident of House No.1125 (G.Floor) Sector 17-B, Iffco Colony, Gurgaon-122001 (Haryana)(My cell No. is 9971377428) M/s Mata Sheetla Gas Service (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I try to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold or does not pick up the phone. I have been trying for more than 16 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. Luckily it was booked last week but still not delivered to my house. Problem is that they have issued only 1 Gas Cylinder against this connection & when this cylinder goes empty then i have to face a lot of problem till the cylinder reaches my house. The tel. nos. provided by them (0124-6577438, 2332556, 9910002677, 9871247755) remains busy and not answering. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder & getting the delivery. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
