Non delivery of speed post no. EH202005385IN

I had booked speed post no. EH202005385IN on date 27.10.09 from PANIPAT to JAMSHEDPUR, But it is not yet been received at the destination. On web tracking in INDIANPOST website, it only says... article bagged from PANIPAT to DHANBAD on 27.10.09 and no other info is available. I had also mailed for the same on 14.11.09 to [email protected] but it got undelivered.

pls. suggest what next i should do.
