NON receipt LPG cylinder after 25 days of booking

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked a LPG cylinder on 18th of Jan under my customer number - RG40971, but still I did not get any cylinder from LPG distributor.

I am a regular consumer of Indian oil LPG distributor M/s Sringeri Enterprises, vide consumer no-RG40971 at Gurgaon. I had made a booking for refilling of LPG cylinder to my LPG distributor Sringeri Enterprises on 18-01. I was asked that refilling cylinder will be delivered with in 5 days from the date of booking. But it is yet to be delivered.

I have made umpteen calls to the agency in the absence of non delivery of the LPG refilling cylinder but no body pick the phone.

Today is 12-02 and still I am waiting the LPG cylinder.

I need your help to solve the issue.
