THE GAYATRI GAS AGENCY, RISALI, BHILAI, DURG (CG) HAS CHANGED THEIR GAS BOOKING BSNL TELEPHONE NUMBER 0788_2293030... BUT HAS NOT BOTHERED TO INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS OF THIS CHANGE. For last 3 years, the BSNL has allotted the same number to my residence.
Big Number of Gas booking calls have made MY / MY FAMILY MEMBERS life MISERABLE attending to unwanted public calls.
BSNL has no method of stopping this harasment.
I can not change the Tel.number as it is a lifeline number for my ailing patients through prescription/and other hospital related documents... for last 3 years. As a doctor, I am committed to attend to all the calls
Inspite of several requests to M/s Gayatri Gas Agency, RISALI, Bhilai, The Gayatri GAS agency has not bothered to take any step in this direction.
The Gas Agency can simply rubber stamp the "Domestic Gas Consumer card" with the telephone change information to solve the problem within a month or two... but the high headed owners are least concerned about consumers/others. I understand they need pressure, and you have the power to help me out, and to stop such recurrences in future through a polcy decision.
