Attending to gas leakage after voffice hours

I am LPG consumer regd with M/s Kanwal Gas Service, Pusa gate, N.Delhi-110012. Consumer No. 7479. On 26.06.09 at 19.00hrs while replacing the refill the gas started leaking from the LPG bottle. None of the emergency service no. /helpline nos /24 hrs leakge complaint telephone nos mentioned in the receipt of M/s kANWAL GAS SERVICE could be reached. The ph nos. were either switched off or not in servive. I wonder if this is the 24x7 service being provided by M/s Indian Oil corp that too in case of gas leakage complaints
