Update the record with delivery of LPG

Dear Sir,

we wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 66, Rmnath Puri Behind Mangej Singh Petrol Pump Jhotwara Jaipur and user of Indian gas. In our Area ASAL Durg Gas services is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.

our consumer no.19675

booking date is 24.12.2008.

Expected delivery was 31.12.2008

I have asked many time to Asal durg Gas service and finally they told us that booked the gas on Dated 08.01.2009 booking no. 5548 and deliver it on 12.01.2009 in there system but regret to inform that till today (21.01.2009) we have not received.

we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.
