Gas booking

I am resident of Hisar and My consumer No. is 10023 with MS/ Navjyoti Gas Service, Hisar (Haryana). I booked gas on on 17-3 and my booking No. was 2782. Till today gas has not been supplied to me inspite of many telephone calls and personal visits. Most of time they dont give any response on phone. Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributer through Indian Oiul Corporation to supply the gas in time i.e. within a week of bookingat least.
